We're looking for a Software tester who has experience in Manual and Automation testing.

Your role

As tester for the Stoffenmanager® platform and related applications we are developing new and improving functionalities. The platform is in use with a lot of users who relay on our leading quality in the market. We expect you to write test cases, do integration testing and create / maintain automated testing scenarios. You work in close collaboration with the business, for better understanding of our services as well as our software developers.


In our technology stack we work with: Python, Django, Kubernetes, Docker, Postgres, JavaScript (Alpine.JS, HTMX and a limited bit of React) and bitbucket. We have adopted an agile and scrum workstyle. We continuously innovate Stoffenmanager® in a CD / CI practice based on Bitbucket, Kubernetes & Docker. ArgoCD is used to manage the CD / CI pipeline.

You will be working within the open culture of Stoffenmanager® and our various external partners. An excellent position to further develop yourself where personal input is appreciated and where you test and validate solutions that have a real social impact.

Your profile

You have experience in writing testcases as well as writing automated test scenario’s. As there are continuously new functionalities in development you do manual testing / validation in the initial stages of maturing processes and workflows while once more mature they are automated where feasible.

In this role, you will increasingly be given more responsibility so that you can grow and provide a major contribution to the further development of Stoffenmanager®. Do you meet the following criteria?

  • Minimal 2 years of professional working experience within key aspects of the function. Missing specific knowledge is not a problem if you are willing to make the latest technology your own.
  • A good command of the English and preferable Dutch language, both written and oral. Internal communication is often in English.
  • You would like to work for a scale-up company, which provides good career prospects.

This is a full-time position (40 hrs/week), initially for a period of one year but our horizon is for an indefinite period. Parttime (32 hours) is an option.
